Artwork
Your logo needs to be supplied in a usable format (Ideally Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS). jpeg, png, tiff, Word files may not be usable and will require a re-draw (minimum charge £15.00 subject to sight of design). Once layout has been approved, we will digitize your logo ready for being embroidered. If a digitize sample is required, a charge of £10.00 + setup charge will apply. Logos that require more than 6000 stitches will be charged at an additional £0.50 per 1000 stitches. We do not recommend using very small text or fine detailed logos.

Print Colour
Nearest thread colours will be used to re-produce your logo.

Setup
Setup will be charged extra on your first order. Repeat orders we will use the same setup unless your design has changed.

Lead Time
Standard lead time is approx 2 working weeks from approval of layout proof and payment. Busy periods (Christmas, Valentines, Easter) delivery may extend. Price is based on delivery to 1 mainland UK address, surcharge will apply to certain areas/countries: Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe. If you have a urgent delivery date, please contact our print team and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
