MIDPAC have there own in-house dedicated Foil Printing department, printing Stock Boxes 5 days a week. With manual Foil Printing Machines we can transfer your own logo onto the boxes in a striking metallic foil. Foil Printed Boxes truly turn your packaging into a luxury quality item that will be treasured. Because all of our Printed Boxes are produced in-house here in the UK, lead times can be as short as 7 working days depending on your requirements.

Foil Printing Setup

To achieve your logo printed onto a gift box, we will need to convert your artwork into a magnesium or copper die. Once the die has been produced we mount it to the bottom of the Foil Press and the heat generated for the plate transfers the foil onto your box. We keep your die on file for any re-prints so you only pay for this on your first order.

Foil Colours

We stock a selection of foil colours that can be printed. For metallic prints the common colours are gold, silver, bronze and rose gold. For Matt finishes we also have a selection of coloured foils. A popular choice for customers looking for a subtle effect, using a clear foil will give the impression of a UV varnish.
