Screen Printing

Print method using ink that is pushed through a mesh screen onto your garment, which is then heat cured to prevent the ink coming away. Minimum we offer on screen printing clothing is 24 garments (can be mixed, same logo/size used). Price is based on a single colour image printed in 1 position approx A4 in size. Multi-coloured prints price upon request. Unfortunately we do not offer our screen printing service on garments supplied.

Ordering
Order your garments plain online, then order the same amount of screen printing charges (minimum 24 garments). If you wish to place your order via the telephone, please contact our sales team on 02476 473647 who will be happy to help you.

Artwork
Once you have placed your order, submit your artwork via email to artwork@midpac.co.uk in a useable format (ideally Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS). jpegs, png, tiff files may not be useable and a small re-draw charge will apply. PDF approval will be submitted for approval before we proceed. We always recommed using a bold, simple logo with no halftones. Ink colour will be matched to the nearest Pantone shade, if you do not know the Pantone reference, we will use the nearest standard ink colour.

Setup
We charge £25.00 per colour setup on your first order to create a stencil screen. Which is invoiced separate once we have received your logo file. Setup will not be charged on re-orders unless the logo has changed. Setup is free on orders over 60 garments, fee will be refunded to your payment method.
